80% of the time we work with stock in our warehouse in Spain with a shipment through Seur Pro within 24/48 hours after the first 24 hours of processing the order.

This means that if you buy a product on Saturday, the order will be processed the next business day, as a general rule (except holidays) it would be Monday. They pick up the package on Tuesday, and it will arrive at your home on Wednesday or Thursday. (24/48hr shipping)

What happens if I buy a product but it is not in stock?

If you buy a product that is not in stock, don't worry, that means that the merchandise is arriving back at our warehouses. Every month we are receiving new products. Both under personalized order and restock from our catalog.

This means that as a general rule, if you purchase a product and are notified that it is on order, the waiting time (approximately) is no more than 30/45 business days. Since, for example, it may be about to enter our warehouse the next day or two weeks later. We always prefer to give longer delivery times to avoid problems.
