How does stock work? And the shipments? 📦

It's something that everyone is always asking us. 80% of the time we work with stock in our warehouse in Spain with a shipment through Seur Pro within 24/48 hours after the first 24 hours of processing the order.

This means that if you buy a product on Saturday, the order will be processed the next business day, as a general rule (except holidays) it would be Monday. They pick up the package on Tuesday, and it will arrive at your home on Wednesday or Thursday. ( 24/48hr shipping )

Estimated date of entry of merchandise into the warehouse: Estimated arrival : 12/10/2023. Shipments from 12/15/2023. (Due to national holidays we extend the shipping period until the 15th. They may be sent before this date). (All orders prior to this date are available with this stock entry)

What happens if I buy a product but it is not in stock?

If you buy a product that is not in stock, don't worry, that means that the merchandise is arriving back at our warehouses. Every month we are receiving new products. Both under personalized order and restock from our catalog.

This means that as a general rule, if you purchase a product and are notified that it is on order, the waiting time (approximately) is no more than 30/45 business days. Since, for example, it may be about to enter our warehouse the next day or two weeks later. We always prefer to give longer delivery times to avoid problems.

How do I know when there is direct stock and when the product is in restock?

WHENEVER an order is placed, we confirm the purchase by email and in turn notify the customer of the estimated waiting time. We also try to have direct stock in the description of our products.

Will I be notified at all times of product tracking?

YEAH! Unlike other stores, we make sure that the customer is calm throughout the purchasing process and that they know step by step where their product is. If it is a pre-sale product, custom order or restock product, the product tracking number will be sent to you first upon arrival at our warehouse in Spain, and then your Correos Express tracking number.

If it is a direct stock product, you are in luck! You will be sent an email with the preparation of your confirmed order and the Correos Express tracking number.

PREORDER PRODUCTS: How do they work?

Before a "PREORDER" sale, we are facing a "PRESALE". This means that it is a product that is sold for a limited time at a lower price.

And why this? 👨🏻‍💻

Because sometimes we bring exclusive containers of that product and that leads to a higher and limited cost when it comes to replenishing our stock. For this reason, we decided to accumulate "X" number of sales in a limited period, and when that period of time is met, we launch the shipment from one of our factories directly to our warehouse in Spain.

This is safe? 👮🏻‍♂️

Of course, they are opportunities that we launch to the most active customers who pay attention to our notifications to capture the fastest sales in that period at a lower price.

How long does it last? ⏰

This always varies from each "PREORDER" or "PRESALE". We always indicate which product is in this state and therefore at a reduced price. Once this period ends, the product will return to its initial price.

How often are there these types of sales? 🗓️

We do not know exactly how often we can make this type of sales. We try to release at least one a year but not everything depends on us. Don't miss your chance!

RETURNS:

If the order has already been processed, shipping costs will not be refunded if a return is requested. They will only be returned if the product arrives at your home and does not correspond to the images and/or is in poor condition and you do not want the product replaced.
